The first part of the appraisal process is to take the time to listen to the client, and understand the problem. With over 36 years of real estate appraisal consulting, David Ruzow is able to quickly analyze the situation from the simple to the complex, and offer solutions that can save our clients time and money. Sometimes the solution is a traditional appraisal. Other times, the solution is a consulting assignment, doing research and analysis, to offer solutions requiring less than a traditional valuation approach.
